Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a senior SAP GTS specialist for a fixed-term contract. You will design, implement and optimize global trade processes across ECC and S/4HANA integrations.

The role requires 10+ years of experience with SAP GTS, strong regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with international teams to ensure compliance and on-time delivery. The position also offers a Dutch benefits package and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Design, implement, configure, and support SAP GTS solutions for global trade compliance.
• Configure and maintain SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
• Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems to enable seamless trade processing.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support international trade processes, including embargo checks, sanctioned party screening, and license management.
• Perform system testing, resolve defects, and support UAT.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize global trade processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful project delivery.
• Strong expertise in SAP GTS configuration, Compliance Management, customs processes and international trade regulations.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and external customs systems.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations, sanctioned party screening, embargo controls, and export licensing requirements.
• Ability to gather requirements, resolve complex technical and functional issues, and collaborate effectively with global business teams.
