Job summary

Apollo Solutions in Amsterdam, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Auditor to join an international Internal Audit function. You will assess cyber security, IT risk, governance, and controls across a complex multinational environment, conducting IT and cyber security audits globally.

The role requires 5+ years of IT Audit or Technology Risk experience, knowledge of NIST CSF and ISO 27001, and familiarity with SAP environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in IT Audit, Cyber Security Audit, or Technology Risk.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks including NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and ethical hacking.
• Experience auditing SAP environments; SAP S/4HANA experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, network security, access management, and incident response.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CEH, OSCP, CISSP or equivalent are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT and cyber security audits across global operations.
• Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT governance frameworks, and internal control environments.
• Assess cyber security controls against recognised frameworks including NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, security control reviews, and cyber risk evaluations.
• Review ERP security and controls, with a focus on SAP environments.
• Assess penetration testing programmes, ethical hacking activities, incident response processes, and remediation plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve risk management, operational effectiveness, and control maturity.
• Partner with stakeholders across technology, security, and business functions globally.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years' experience in IT Audit, Cyber Security Audit, or Technology Risk.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks including NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Hands-on experience or audit exposure to penetration testing, vulnerability management, and ethical hacking practices.
