Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking a Global Tax Manager to shape and execute our direct tax strategy across a diverse portfolio. You will support expansion, M&A, restructurings, and operating model evolution, reporting to the Global Tax Strategy & Planning Director.

You will drive direct tax planning, contribute to M&A transactions, lead transfer pricing, and manage Pillar Two implications while staying ahead of regulatory developments and ensuring data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct tax strategy and planning aligned with global ETR and cash tax objectives.
• Provide hands-on tax input into M&A, JV, market entry and reorganisations.
• Lead transfer pricing support including documentation and risk monitoring.
• Model Pillar Two/GloBE implications and integrate into planning.
• Monitor regulatory developments and brief senior stakeholders.
• Manage direct tax risks and support audits with local teams and advisors.
• Improve tax processes, tools and data capabilities.
• Act as the trusted tax interface for regional finance and business teams.
