JDE Peet's is seeking a Tax Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join the Global Tax Accounting & Reporting team in Amsterdam. You will lead global tax reporting processes, develop dashboards, and drive automation across tax data, with focus on Europe and Growth & Emerging Markets segments.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, cross-functional collaboration with IT and GBS, and continuous improvement to support regulatory and management reporting. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in tax reporting or financial reporting within a multinational environment.
• Solid IFRS/US GAAP tax accounting knowledge.
• Affinity with data, systems and analytics tools.
• Structured and detail-oriented with big-picture awareness.
• Motivation to drive automation and process transformation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax reporting processes, including corporate income tax reporting and ETR analysis.
• Drive improvements in tax data quality, automation, and reporting tools.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support management and regulatory reporting.
• Support Pillar Two reporting readiness and integration into financial reporting.
• Oversee corporate income tax compliance processes.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and GBS to streamline processes and embed controls.
• Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, standardization and digitalization.
