JDE Peet's zoekt een Supply Chain HR-stagiair die helpt bij het definiëren van hoe fabrieken in Growth & Emerging Markets zijn georganiseerd en bemand. Je werkt aan wereldwijde blauwdrukken en FTE-standaarden voor diverse functies in productie en supply chain, met samenwerking over meerdere landen.

Je verzamelt en analyseert data, bouwt modellen en presenteert bevindingen aan leadership. Je werkt binnen een Europees Supply Chain-team aan veranderinitiatieven en draagt bij aan een geïntegreerde

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's or final-year bachelor's programme in HR, organisational psychology, operations management or business
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
• Interest in manufacturing and supply chain. Factory exposure is a plus
• Structured communicator who builds relationships across cultures and levels
• Fluent English; an additional language is a plus
• Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and owns the outcome

Responsabilités

• Collect and consolidate organisation, role and headcount data from factories across the GEM region
• Analyse blue-collar and white-collar FTE levels against volumes, shifts and site complexity to find gaps and patterns
• Benchmark sites to describe what good looks like
• Build an FTE model and draft blueprint standards for blue-collar and white-collar roles
• Test and refine the standards with local HR teams and plant leaders
• Present findings and recommendations to Supply Chain and HR leadership.
• Support the preparation and coordination of events, workshops, and training sessions
• Collaborate with HR Services, Mobility and Data & Analytics teams to ensure effective employee support and accurate updates in core HR systems during organisational changes
• Contribute to the functional communications agenda
• Support the Supply Chain ambassador programme
