Job summary

Vanderlande invites a Supplier Risk Manager to design and implement risk frameworks across a global supplier base. You will shape governance, assessment methodologies, and reporting while engaging stakeholders in Procurement, ERM, Sustainability, Cyber Security, and Legal.

This highly visible role drives risk awareness, enables informed decision making, and builds new capabilities from the ground up within Vanderlande's PSO.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier risk management or related risk/compliance roles.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical procurement processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Knowledge of ERM and regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Vanderlande's supplier risk management framework.
• Define risk assessment methodologies, governance structures, and reporting.
• Establish dashboards, KPIs, and supplier risk profiles.
• Engage cross-functionally with Procurement, Cyber Security, Legal, and Quality.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable procurement controls.
