Job summary

MarFlex Europe B.V. is seeking a Sourcing Manager to shape our international supply chain for high‑tech maritime pumping systems.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, procurement and strategy to deliver value. You will develop strategic sourcing approaches, lead supplier negotiations and contract management, and collaborate with Engineering on New Product Development to ensure manufacturability and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Experience with supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define our strategic sourcing approach and total cost of ownership.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Collaborate with Engineering on New Product Development.
• Manage supplier performance and risk.
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
