Job summary

Jongia Mixing Technology, based in Leeuwarden, seeks a senior leader to develop, implement, and monitor the sales and business development strategy. You will translate objectives into commercial priorities and drive revenue, income, and margins across international projects.

You will lead the commercial team handling sales, marketing, service, and after-sales, working with Operations and Finance to ensure profitability and project feasibility while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in sales and business development in industrial projects.
• Proven track record in managing major accounts and large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of CAPEX/EPC contracts or similar.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the sales and business development strategy.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team and drive performance improvements.
• Translate the budget into annual targets for revenue, income, and margins.
• Identify and secure major industry projects and long-term contracts.
• Draft and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actions.
• Ensure accurate contract information and data management.
• Support profitability by coordinating with Operations and Finance.
• Represent Jongia at client meetings and industry events.
