Job summary

Universal Music Nederland in Hilversum seeks a Global Royalties Administrator for Digital Sales Reporting on a part-time basis (28-32 hours per week) to join the Digital Sales Reporting Team of 8 colleagues. You will manage royalties/data from digital partners worldwide and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, music management or finance.
Experience in data handling and administrative processes in media/entertainment/tech is a plus.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with ownership of work.

Responsibilities

Data Management: administer contracts with digital partners and manage input, processing, and output of sales data.
Revenue Assurance: review data quality and revenue accuracy reports.
Reporting: ensure timely, accurate, and transparent reporting for all digital revenues.
Stakeholder Management: be the main contact for Digital Sales Reporting topics with partners and internal customers.
Participate in logging and testing issues and enhancements of inhouse IT systems.
