Job summary

BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Group Risk and Internal Control Manager to lead the end-to-end risk management cycle and drive a technology-enabled control framework across markets and functions. You will partner with senior leaders and the SPOC network to embed robust controls and governance within a global ERP landscape, especially SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit, or Risk Advisory.
• Experience designing and improving risk management frameworks in complex organisations.
• Understanding of COSO and internal control across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Experience embedding risk requirements within ERP landscapes and leveraging technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted second-line advisor guiding risk management cycle.
• Lead risk assessments and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Coordinate global network of Risk & Internal Control experts and drive process adoption.
• Oversee design and continuous improvement of internal control frameworks.
• Help embed risk controls within ERP environments, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Monitor control effectiveness and provide training for risk culture.
