Job summary

AM Best in Amsterdam seeks an Operational Support professional to assist credit rating analysts by preparing committee materials, managing documentation, QA support, and tracking reports.

You will coordinate with global operations teams and rely on strong data management and Microsoft Office skills, with attention to detail and effective communication as key assets.

Qualifications

• Experience updating trackers/databases.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent data management skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist rating analysts in developing committee presentations and post‑meeting documentation.
• Develop quality metrics and management reports for rating committees.
• Complete pre- and post‑rating committee documentation per corporate policies.
• Assist with QA by drafting QA review sheets.
• Ensure timely collection of rating documents while upholding retention policies.
• Assist analysts with preparation of analytical worksheets.
• Assist with scheduling rating meetings per corporate policies.
• Oversee Credit Report process: monitor mailboxes, track updates, and update logs.
• Collaborate with Operations teams in Asia-Pacific and the US to provide global support.
