METTLER TOLEDO invites ambitious graduates to join its MOVE Leadership Program, a three-year international track starting in the Benelux Service Projects & Business Development. After the first assignment, you’ll relocate to a European or North American location for an extended international experience, returning to Benelux with increased responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition for future leadership.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to relocate internationally during the MOVE Leadership Program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Service Projects & Business Development initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders across countries.
• Drive process improvements and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop project management, commercial and leadership skills.
