Job summary
Genmab is seeking a highly motivated intern to join the Global Privacy, Data & Digital Counsel team in Utrecht. You will conduct regulatory research on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI laws, collaborating with experienced lawyers on longer-term projects and practical improvements.
This full-time hybrid internship lasts 6-9 months, with a start date in Feb or Mar 2027, and onsite 3 days a week.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Dutch Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field.
- Available for at least 6 months.
- Strong interest in privacy, data protection and AI regulation.
- Excellent English communication and teamwork in international settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal and regulatory research on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI, with international focus.
- Compare data transfer rules and local privacy obligations across countries.
- Summarize regulatory developments and guidance for the team.
- Explore how AI tools can support legal research and regulatory monitoring.
- Help improve privacy assessments and internal AI tool reviews.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, HR and other teams to implement solutions.
