Job summary

Genmab is offering an internship in Global Security, Risk and Compliance in Utrecht, Netherlands. You will support the Security Awareness & Human Risk program, focusing on the human factor risks and creating engaging awareness materials.

The role includes shaping the internship to fit your interests and school requirements, with a 6+ month duration and a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remotely). Start date 1 Feb 2027 and 32–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an HBO or Master’s degree program at a Dutch university.
• Background in cybersecurity, with understanding of core security concepts and risks.
• Strong interest in the human element of security and behavioral aspects of risk.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset and willingness to contribute new ideas to improve awareness and engagement.
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess human factor risks in daily business processes.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the security awareness program (campaigns, messaging, training concepts).
• Assist in creating and refining awareness materials, ensuring complex security topics are communicated clearly and engagingly.
• Help coordinate awareness-related activities, timelines, and internal communications.
• Work closely with the Security Team to collect feedback and evaluate the impact of awareness initiatives.
• Participate in the preparation of presentations, documentation, and internal guidelines.
