Job summary

Jobtailor in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement professional to translate and roll out global Excellence programmes into local site strategies. You will lead strategic improvement projects and cross-site initiatives, embedding a culture of ongoing optimization.

With 3–5 years in Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt credentials, you will train teams, coach belts, and share best practices across Contract Logistics sites to lift performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business administration (HBO level).
• 3–5 years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Lean Six Sigma.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate and roll out global Operational Excellence programmes into local strategies and site plans.
• Initiate, guide and deliver strategic improvement projects and cross site initiatives.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement through training, workshops, coaching and identifying improvement potential (including via value stream mapping).
• Implement and maintain operational standards within Contract Logistics, and encourage knowledge sharing and best practices between sites.
• Deliver Yellow Belt training, coach Green Belts and execute complex Green/Black Belt projects to improve performance.
