Job summary

Avant Garden in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Videographer to join our creative team. You will shoot, direct, and edit compelling content across short-form and long-form formats, collaborating with two creative directors.

Key responsibilities include developing videos for multiple projects under the label, crafting pitch decks and treatments, and staying ahead of visual and cultural trends with a strong eye for lighting and composition. Must travel internationally with a valid passport.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional shooting experience.
• Own professional camera setup including camera body, versatile lenses and stabilizer.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, codecs and picture profiles.
• Able to work quickly in run-and-gun environments.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Reliable, organized and comfortable working with quick turnarounds.
