Kaddey is building a world-class visual language for a premium golf brand. You will shoot social-first content on location and lead editing for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The role starts as a hands-on shooter and editor and grows toward directing shoots as the team matures.

You will shape colour, pacing, and storytelling with a premium lifestyle aesthetic. Based in Amsterdam, you’ll collaborate with a lean Content Lead and Creative Strategist to keep production moving at pace.

Qualifications

• Experience shooting social-first content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong eye for premium visuals across sports, outdoor, and lifestyle.
• Proficient in delivering fast, platform-native edits with strong storytelling.
• Familiar with organizing assets and collaborating via review tools.

Responsabilités

• Shoot on location for social-first content, solo day-to-day work and larger crew for bigger productions.
• Edit high-volume short-form content for social channels with fast turnaround, color grade, and sound design.
• Contribute creative input, locations, formats, and visual concepts in briefs.
• Maintain an organized asset library and manage review cycles to keep production moving.
• Aim for a consistent look and high-quality output across all assets.
