Job summary

Spectral Industries BV, a Dutch technology company based in Delft, seeks a senior Business Development Director to drive international growth in mining (and later recycling) markets. You will lead commercial initiatives, expand the customer portfolio, and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

You will build long-term strategic relationships with mine operators, engineering firms, and partners, travel internationally (about 20%), and help scale Spectral’s CorePulse and BeltPulse

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and business development within mining and recycling sectors.
• Established international network within mining and/or recycling.
• Ability to independently develop new markets and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Spectral Industries' international growth strategy and increase market awareness.
• Establish and grow the mining (and recycling) market by acquiring new customers and developing GTM plans.
• Manage revenue generation and develop a healthy commercial pipeline.
• Travel internationally ~20% to visit customers and represent Spectral at events.
• Provide market intelligence to shape growth strategy.
