Job summary

Danone in Hoofddorp is seeking a Global Marketing Innovation Intern for Aptamil, starting November 2026. You will join the Global Strategy & Innovation Team within Specialized Nutrition, helping define the long-term innovation roadmap using consumer insights and science.

You'll collaborate with global and local teams, agencies, and stakeholders to support concepts from development to execution across markets, while gaining exposure to global brand management and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student during the entire internship period.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Available to start in November 2026 for 6–12 months, 5 days per week.
• Willing to work from Hoofddorp office 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Marketing Innovation on strategic projects.
• Coordinate with creative agencies for packaging and assets.
• Conduct competitive and category research across geographies.
• Organize product presentations, workshops, and testing sessions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to drive innovation initiatives.
• Assist with project management and roadmap development.
