IFF's Global Big Home Marketing team seeks a marketing professional in the Netherlands to uncover market trends, support category growth, and drive innovation through data-driven insights and breakthrough scent solutions.

You will analyze local and global market data, report on trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help commercialize scent innovations across global markets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in marketing, business, or fragrance technology.
• 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in Fragrances, Fabric and Home Care.
• Ability to connect consumer, customer, market, and tech trends.
• Strong data synthesis to actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and data visualization; AI tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data, trends, and technology shifts to inform strategy.
• Develop reports on product introductions, market trends, and consumer preferences.
• Support development and commercialization of new scent technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate marketing efforts.
• Create impactful presentations, launch toolkits, stories for customers.
• Provide actionable insights that strengthen customer relationships.
