Ballast Nedam is looking for an experienced Marine Estimator to join their tendering team in Utrecht. In this role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates for complex marine construction projects, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cost estimation for marine or heavy civil construction projects.
• Experience with ports, marine structures, dredging, or coastal infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for marine and civil infrastructure projects.
• Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop cost breakdown structures and pricing strategies for bids.
