Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Global Maintenance Strategy and Planning Lead to architect efficiency and reliability for 60+ facilities worldwide. You will define standards, lead asset management, and drive cost-effective maintenance globally.

As central SME, you will empower plants and markets to achieve world-class reliability, sustainability, and operational cost reduction through RCM, budgeting, and digital CMMS optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management.
• 8+ years in manufacturing operations with global scale.
• Asset Management mastery: ISO 55000 and RCM.
• CMMS/PM SAP experience.
• Experience in budgeting and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen certification.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication bridging shop floor to exec leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global maintenance strategy and policies.
• Implement asset management strategy and MRO policies.
• Lead the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program and assessments.
• Develop annual maintenance budgeting strategy.
• Revise KPIs and targets to support routine setting.
• Support capital project evaluation for asset replacement.
• Identify and develop digital solutions to support CMMS.
• Define MRE team structures and adaptations by site.
• Perform field checks, coaching, forums, and workshops.
• Provide technical support for large-scale emergency failures at sites.
• Support KHMS MRE pillar initiatives.
