Job summary

Fusion Worldwide is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receipt, inspection and shipment of electronic components. The role emphasizes 0 defects and 100% customer satisfaction, requiring detail orientation and knowledge of shipping procedures and import/export paperwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving and warehouse operations.
• Experience with import and export.
• Knowledge of UPS, DHL and FedEx shipping systems and international paperwork.
• Experience with semiconductor and electronic products a plus.
• Fluent English.
• Valid working permit in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from various freight carriers (Inspect for outer damage).
• Inspect product to parameters stated on the receiving report and inspection lists.
• Note any exceptions on the report and notify supervisor.
• Scan barcodes and verify against human-readable test.
• Stock product and pick for orders.
• Package product for shipment following Electronic Industry standards.
• Handle all product per ESD training.
• Ship product using freight software and documents; respect customer requirements and packing process.
• Act as double and triple check where needed.
