Job summary

MSF/Artsen zonder Grenzen is seeking a Medical Transition Manager to lead the LGBTQI+ inclusion programme transition from project mode to Business-as-Usual, across the MSF movement in Amsterdam. Based in the Netherlands, you will design the transition roadmap, secure governance, monitor budgets and coordinate across Operational Centres, medical departments and partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Public Health, Medicine, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior experience in OPS/Medical/Public Health managing complex programmes.
• Experience in stakeholder management across international or matrix organisations.
• Experience in humanitarian healthcare or international NGOs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of LGBTQI+ inclusion from project to Business-as-Usual across the MSF movement.
• Develop the transition roadmap with governance, milestones, risks, and success indicators.
• Coordinate governance, stakeholder engagement and organisational change during the BAU transition.
• Serve as movement-wide focal point for LGBTQI+ inclusion, aligning Operational Centres and medical departments.
