Kraft Heinz is seeking a Lead of Management Reporting & Data Foundation to drive global standardization of financial reporting. You will own definitions, KPI frameworks, and reporting cadences across the organization.

You will partner with FP&A, data management, and zone finance teams to operationalize standards, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvements while mentoring a growing team.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Finance-Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 6+ years in finance, FP&A, or management reporting.
• Experience in multinational CPG or complex global organizations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and govern the global management reporting framework and definitions.
• Publish the global library of standardized KPIs, metrics, and definitions.
• Lead the design and governance of global reporting templates and dashboards.
• Drive alignment of KPI definitions across FP&A, zones, and business units.
• Develop and enforce global reporting policies, standards and controls.
• Mentor and develop team members in global reporting governance.
