Job summary

Insulet Corporation in the Netherlands is seeking a Marketing Manager, Launch Excellence to accelerate international commercial readiness and sensor integration across Omnipod platforms and Discover data management software.

You will translate global strategy into market-ready deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Training, Medical, Regulatory, and Markets, and drive successful launches in diverse international markets with disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in product launches, commercial readiness, or downstream execution.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization and translating strategy into deliverables.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support international commercial readiness and execution of sensor integration launches and other key platforms and software innovations, ensuring markets are equipped for go-live across all channels
• Translate global strategy and technical inputs into clear, actionable, market-ready deliverables (messaging, assets, toolkits)
• Ensure aligned deployment of integrated HCP and DTC materials, maintaining consistency across channels and functions
• Enable markets with practical guidance, toolkits, and support to drive effective local execution and readiness
• Support execution of the Launch Preparation Process (LPP2.0) by ensuring readiness and timely delivery of required launch inputs, deliverables, and dependencies across international markets
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Global, Marketing, Training, Medical, Regulatory, Markets) to ensure timely delivery of launch deliverables and alignment on execution
