Job summary

Mammoet is seeking a Heavy Lift Crane Supervisor to lead crews operating some of the world’s largest cranes on challenging international projects. You will supervise lifts, oversee on-site logistics, and coach trainee operators, working with diverse teams worldwide.

Ideal candidates bring crane supervision experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to travel globally. English proficiency and a valid crane licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a crane crew.
• Strong operational leadership experience encouraged.
• Global travel and project assignment.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Current valid crane licence.
• Experience on cranes such as CC2800, CC3800, CC6800, CC8800, LR1750, LR11350 or similar equipment.
• Solid heavy lifting experience with growth towards Mammoet's largest cranes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all activities associated with lifting complicated loads.
• Oversee handling and logistics of crane parts on site; manage assembly/disassembly.
• Train and coach trainee operators and supervisors; Hands-on with operators.
• Travel with global cranes worldwide; work on challenging international projects.
• Communicate effectively in English with diverse teams.
