Job summary

NLR, the Netherlands Leprosy Relief, seeks a Technical Support Officer to help develop and disseminate knowledge on leprosy and NTDs. You will work mainly with Amsterdam colleagues and partners in endemic countries, contributing to evidence-based policy and program implementation.

This entry-level role offers a chance to start a global health career, with a flexible work setup, a one-year contract for 32 hours per week, and a path toward growth through international partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in global/international health or related field.
• Experience in global health or international development preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement projects; develop proposals for external funding.
• Document evidence from research; contribute to articles and policy briefs.
• Document work in advocacy, fundraising and PMEL.
• Organise online/offline meetings and events.
• Develop tools for training, data collection and reporting.
• Perform additional tasks with PRP to support strategy goals.
