Job summary

Cefetra Group, based in Rotterdam, seeks a Group Financial Controller to join the Consolidation & Reporting team. You will manage monthly consolidation and reporting, coordinate internal audits across Europe, and partner with local finance teams in the Cefetra Group to support trading activities and project work.

The role requires a master’s degree in business admin or accounting, 6+ years in an international setting, strong Excel and Tagetik/BI tools skills, and fluent Dutch and English

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration or accountancy.
• At least 6 years of international experience, preferably in Big 4 or as a financial controller in an international organisation.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and consolidation tools (Tagetik) and BI tools.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Group financial reporting: Prepare monthly consolidation and reporting package using Tagetik and support ad hoc finance projects.
• Coordinate internal audit activities and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency (approx. five audits per year).
• Collaborate with finance teams across the Cefetra Group and support monthly reporting for local entities.
• Develop understanding of trading activities, commodity markets, forward positions and hedging impact.
• Contribute to decision support with analyses and performance reporting.
• Support M&A and integrations, including PPA and integration with local finance teams.
