The Group Controller will partner with all finance disciplines to ensure IFRS compliance, robust reporting, and efficient close cycles across the organization. This senior role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration and strong leadership in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of working experience.
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge, IFRS knowledge.
• Experience with consolidated accounting & external reporting.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Serve as the group-wide subject matter expert for IFRS compliance and training.
• Support local finance teams to ensure quality reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for the area scope with stakeholders.
• Perform reviews and analyses on group entities and reports; follow up on recommendations.
• Prepare the consolidated annual report with the team.
• Establish and monitor the group’s finance policies and procedures, including post acquisition adjustments.
• Drive efficiency through process improvements and standardization; ensure internal controls.
• Interface with external auditors for annual audits and disclosure notes.
• Prepare statutory audit filings for corporate entities.
