Your role will involve engaging stakeholders, drafting contracts, and providing training on ABS topics.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience with Access and Benefit Sharing regulations or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of international legislation.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor global Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) laws and regulations.
• Lead implementation of compliant use of genetic resources.
• Act as an expert on ABS-related questions in research teams.
• Support drafting and review of ABS contracts with Legal Affairs.
• Advise on accessing new genetic resources legally.
• Deliver training on ABS topics across the organization.
• Represent Enza Zaden in external platforms.
