Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Amsterdam invites you to join our International Controlling team for a six-month internship, requiring at least 32 hours per week and enrollment in a Dutch university.

You will develop reports, support monthly closings, analyze data and present insights to management, and build budgeting tools in a multinational setting. This paid internship offers an international experience and mobility support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (NL) in business/finance.
• Excellent command of English.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Set clear learning goals to maximise internship outcomes.
• Develop reports to provide transparency on financial data to business partners.
• Support the Finance Unit controlling teams in monthly closing activities.
• Support data analysis and prepare presentations to management on product and business profitability, cost analysis and price/volume analysis.
• Develop tools and files to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
