Job summary

Dremel, part of the Bosch Group, offers a 12‑month Finance & Controlling Internship in Breda, the Netherlands. You will work on monthly profitability analyses, cross‑functional coordination with US and Germany, and support planning with forecasts.

This entry‑level program emphasizes development, initiative, and real responsibility within a multinational setting. You will gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic team, learn the business inside out, and contribute to transport, pricing, and sales

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a business-related undergraduate or master's degree with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
Excellent written and spoken English; some knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Motivated, proactive, and capable of independent work.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

Compile the monthly reporting package focusing on profitability.
Analyze sales, margin, and price development by country, product and customer.
Analyze logistics cost development across Europe.
Participate in quarterly review meetings with Sales, Marketing and Logistics teams.
Perform ad hoc analyses to support management decisions.
Support planning with forecasts for innovation share, pricing, costs and sales.
