Job summary

4PS invites recent graduates and early career professionals to join IGNITE, our international talent program. Over two years you rotate through three assignments in different countries and roles, starting as a consultant and building hands-on ERP experience for construction customers.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or near completion of Master's or PhD.
• Interest in IT and construction industry.
• Ambition to work internationally and willingness to rotate.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotations across home country and international offices.
• Analyse business processes and support ERP implementations for customers.
• Take ownership from day one and contribute to project delivery.
• Grow into roles such as consultant, project manager, account manager or product manager across offices.
