Job summary

Hilti invites recent graduates or early-career professionals to join the Ignite international talent program. Starting as a Consultant, you’ll analyse business processes and implement ERP solutions across three rotations in different countries, transitioning into a permanent role aligned with your strengths.

You should hold a Master’s or PhD in a related field, with up to two years of work experience, and be fluent in Dutch and English. International mobility is a key aspect of the program.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or nearing graduation with a Master’s or PhD in Business Admin, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in IT and construction industry with international mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; a third language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and analyze business processes to implement ERP solutions.
• Participate in three rotations across home and international offices to build consultancy skills.
