Job summary

Lely Holding is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage supplier relationships, draft and renew contracts, and lead sourcing initiatives within the Electronics category. You will collaborate across Product Development, Proposition Management, Operations and external partners to ensure quality, reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or another technical field.
At least 3 years of experience in strategic and/or tactical procurement in high-tech or manufacturing environments.
Experience with contract management and strong negotiation skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems and analytical tools.
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally (10–20%).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships across quality, logistics, technology, cost and compliance.
Identify and mitigate supply risks at supplier and item level for continuity.
Draft, manage, and improve contracts and framework agreements for value and compliance.
Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms including renewals and price agreements.
Lead sourcing and contracting projects, selecting suppliers for technical initiatives.
Contribute to cost reduction, value engineering and procurement improvements.
