Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Background in hardware design.
• Independent but collaborative with strong communication.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain component category expertise via market research, seminars, and literature.
• Maintain technical contacts with vendors, suppliers, buyers, manufacturers and sites.
• Maintain the electronic database of off-the-shelf and customized parts.
• Discuss and implement policies on electronics components.
• Ensure component availability; select, introduce, approve, document and manage purchases.
• Analyze and resolve issues with obsolete components and supplies.
