Job summary

Neve Jewels Group in Hoofddorp is seeking a Dispatch Operative to join our operations team. You will process and dispatch orders, generate shipping labels and customs paperwork, and maintain stock records. You’ll support various dispatch tasks, receive and record stock, and assist with stock takes.

We value accuracy, deadline-driven work, and strong communication. You’ll work with Word, Excel, and Outlook, both independently and in a team, ensuring smooth, efficient dispatch operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispatch domestic and international orders
• Generate shipping labels and customs paperwork
• Pack orders carefully and maintain stock records
• Assist with other areas of dispatch as needed
• Receive, pack, count, and record stock from manufacturing and suppliers
• Support stock takes as required
• Check quality against company specifications
• Transport items between locations and suppliers
• Prepare office collections and book collection appointments
