Job summary
Helin is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of innovative edge computing solutions from pre-sales through deployment and ongoing support. You will guide a multidisciplinary operations team and establish scalable delivery processes to ensure customer success across engagements.
In this role, you will build a global delivery organization, partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations, and provide executive visibility through KPIs and risk management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of delivery leadership in technology environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex customer implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from pre-sales to deployment.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers, field engineers, and partners.
- Establish delivery best practices and dashboards for performance.
- Ensure governance, forecasting, and portfolio management.
- Provide executive visibility through reporting and KPI tracking.
- Scale a global delivery organization to support international growth.
