Job summary

Dornan is seeking a Campus Lead to take overall responsibility for delivering a large-scale data centre campus. You will steer multiple project teams from pre-construction through commissioning, reporting to the Operations Director, and ensure safety, quality and commercial performance.

The role requires senior experience in main contracting and MEP delivery across international projects. You will act as the senior client liaison, drive programme and profitability, and provide strategic

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience on large construction projects.
• Experience delivering data centre or mission-critical facilities.
• Background with Tier 1 main contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of a multi-building data centre campus from pre-construction to commissioning.
• Lead and develop project leadership teams across construction, commercial and engineering.
• Act as primary client and stakeholder relationship owner.
• Drive programme performance, risk mitigation and milestone achievement.
• Oversee commercial performance, forecasting and change management.
