Job summary

Siemens Nederland N.V. seeks a Project Manager Global Service Contracts for Data Centers to translate global agreements into regional execution.

You will drive governance, alignment, and operational excellence across a truly international landscape, interfacing with the Data Center CoC, regional companies and customers. The role requires strong project management, contractual and stakeholder management capabilities, and deep understanding of global service operations in data center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience, including exposure to project environments.
• Experience within Data Centers, critical infrastructure, UPS systems, or a comparable technical environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and service delivery execution.
• Knowledge of how Siemens projects are structured and executed is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global contract requirements and service commitments across Regional Companies.
• Support regional teams with contract interpretation, claims management, and governance-related challenges.
• Identify and help realize commercial opportunities such as change orders, service upgrades, scope expansions, and lifecycle services.
• Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across the global service organization.
• Monitor service contract execution and proactively identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate performance reviews together with Commercial Project Managers (CPMs) and headquarters stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain global service KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Support the implementation of global service systems, processes, training concepts, and installed-base management frameworks.
• Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied across regions.
