Spinnin' Records, part of Warner Music Group, seeks a Head of Marketing to lead strategic campaigns for the label and its artists in the Netherlands and worldwide.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, manage the marketing budget, and ensure data-driven, high-impact execution across channels. This role requires a strong commercially minded leader with a track record in dance music marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of senior-level experience in music marketing.
• Deep understanding of international dance music markets and revenue streams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage large budgets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven decision making and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Spinnin' Records and its artists.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Oversee the marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance to inform strategy and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize release efforts.
