Job summary

Danone is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager Dairy Proteins to define the global category strategy for Whey and Proteins and to lead end-to-end sourcing across geographies. You will engage senior stakeholders and suppliers, drive value through innovation, and embed ESG throughout supplier partnerships.

The role requires 7+ years in strategic procurement, global/EU exposure, and a hands-on, results-driven approach in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic procurement experience in fast-paced CPG/ingredients.
• Global/EU experience with direct categories and end-to-end procurement ownership.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global category strategy for Whey and Proteins.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including tendering and supplier awards.
• Engage internal stakeholders and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Champion ESG initiatives and map risks within the category.
