Job summary

HEINEKEN – Proseco BV Global Security / Head Office in Amsterdam is hiring a Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist for a full-time, hybrid role. You will strengthen cyber resilience by identifying and analysing threats that could affect our people, assets, and reputation.

You will convert complex threat data from OSINT and other sources into clear intelligence, deliver monthly reports to senior leadership, and work with global security and IT teams on incident response and crisis situations.

Qualifications

• Solid CTI background preferably in police, military or intelligence services.
• Experience using threat intelligence tools and producing reports.
• Strong OSINT knowledge and MITRE ATT&CK familiarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and stakeholders.
• English and Dutch language skills; located in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Cyber Threat Monitoring & Intelligence: monitor sources and tooling for emerging threats and threat actors across HEINEKEN’s global operations.
• Analysis & Intelligence Production: conduct structured threat analysis and produce timely, actionable intelligence for senior leadership.
• Collaboration & Support: work with Proseco teams and Global Functions to share intelligence and support incident response.
• Trainer: design and deliver security awareness training for stakeholders.
• Speak-Up OSINT investigations: support investigations and produce clear reports.
• Crisis Support: provide OSINT-based crisis support.
