Job summary

Prosus is seeking a cybersecurity manager to lead risk assessments, red team exercises, and security architecture across our global businesses. This role blends deep technical work with strategic stakeholder communication and cross‑country collaboration.

You will drive security initiatives, mentor security communities, and help shape the security posture as AI and cloud technologies evolve, with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cyber security, cyber risk management, red teaming, or technical security.
• Experience managing (technical) projects end-to-end across geographies.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, and cyber risk; cloud security.
• Ability to analyze data, handle ambiguity, and draw conclusions.
• Proficient with scripting and automation; can deep-dive vulnerabilities.
• Able to translate security issues into business language for stakeholders.
• Curiosity to learn security of new technologies including AI/ML/LLM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments at technical, architectural, and process levels.
• Perform formal audits on technology and cyber security risks; report to CTOs/CISOs.
• Travel up to 30% globally to engage teams and experts.
• Organize events for cyber security teams across countries.
• Contribute to improving the security posture of Prosus-owned businesses.
