Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com seeks a senior Corporate and M&A lawyer to lead the legal team, drive governance, and shape corporate strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

You will manage entity governance, lead cross‑border transactions, and advance automation and AI to streamline processes while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Amsterdam-based with global responsibilities and visibility at board level in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with strong post‑qualification experience in corporate law and M&A.
• Experience managing holding and operating entities, governance, board and shareholder matters across jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑border M&A, divestments, joint ventures, and entity reorganisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Corporate and M&A legal team, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery.
• Manage legal health of holding and operating entities, governance, approvals and resolutions, board matters.
• Lead corporate reorganisations, intra‑group arrangements and entity closures.
