Job summary

The Copack Planning Specialist at JDE Peet’s in the Netherlands/Belgium region is responsible for creating a weekly supply plan for copacking activities, ensuring optimal stock levels and service performance, and contributing to long-term capacity planning to meet customer needs.

You will work with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Marketing & Procurement) and external copack partners, participate in international projects, and help launch new products on the market while

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Sales (e.g. Demand, Inventory, or Supply Planning).
• Strong leadership potential, drive and initiative.
• Proactive mindset with focus on identifying improvements and optimising processes.
• Affinity with operations including procurement, sourcing, and manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems.
• Project management skills and ability to independently lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a helicopter view of copack operations and managing the copack plan.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure deliveries meet service levels within min–max ranges.
• Participate in international projects related to copacking, inventory management and packaging sustainability.
• Initiate implementation processes for NPDs, displays, or BOM setup and supportive data.
• Monitor obsolete stock to minimise scrapping.
