Job summary

Plukon Food Group based in Wezep seeks a Group Communication Manager to steer its international communications and strengthen brand positioning across Europe.

You will lead internal and external communications, shape the strategy, manage PR and crisis communications, and align with the board while coordinating local teams. Dutch language is mandatory and a senior, multi-country background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Communication, Corporate Communications, Public Affairs or similar;
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in a senior communication role within an international organization;
• Dutch is mandatory;
• Proven experience in strategic communication, PR, crisis communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external communications across the group.
• Develop and safeguard the group-wide communication strategy and brand identity.
• Lead PR and public affairs activities and manage media relations.
• Develop and execute crisis communication frameworks and act as spokesperson.
• Coordinate local communication professionals and ensure policy compliance.
