Job summary

IQVIA Amsterdam is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead the delivery of clinical studies, liaising with clinical teams to meet contractual requirements in line with SOPs and practices. You will focus on delivery, productivity and quality to drive strong financial performance and customer satisfaction.

You will develop study management plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-country clinical trials in CRO/pharma.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP, EU CTR, EMA regulations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid defense presentations with Business Development.
• Ensure clinical delivery complies with regulatory requirements.
• Develop integrated study management plans.
• Manage project teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee project finances and EAC tracking.
• Maintain vendor relationships and change management.
