Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of practical experience in managing civil projects.
• Demonstrable experience in managing civil departments.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspiring leadership to the Civil team.
• Manage risks of large projects abroad.
• Monitor project milestones, planning, and budget.
• Maintain relationships with external Civil partners.
